FILM SUBMISSION FORM
Please see below an outline of the Film & Theatre submission process:
If you would like a chance to see your Film or Theatre Production played at our website, this is the place to get started. Just follow the three simple steps:
1. Submit your Film or Theatre Play
If you are a practising Orthodox Film or Theatre Play Producer, you can only submit up to two Films or Theatre Plays. They ought to be of an original concept, and execution. Categories include Feature-Films, Short-Films, Documentaries, Animation, Drama, Comedy, Physical Theatre & Story Telling.
You may submit up to 5 DVDs if you are a Producer and wish to promote your films on our Orthodox Library Page.
2. Enter your Personal & Film or Theatre Play details
Together with a Photo & a Trailer if you have one. You also add a hyperlink to your preferred platform ( YouTube, Vimeo etc). You are welcome to charge per view but first, let us know to add the info on our website. You can upload your trailer into ANYFILE facility under your entry form.
Don't forget to add a short biography and a brief description of the film.
***Please keep in mind that though the website is translated into Greek from English for your convenience, we can only accept Submissions in English. In the same Spirit, all non English speaking Films or Theatre Plays must be accompanied by English subtitles.
Images should be optimized for web & cropped with a resolution of no more than 100 dpi and dimensions of around 2000 x 2000 pixels. We prefer them saved as jpg images. If you cannot optimise them, we will have to charge you an extra £5 per artwork as it is a time consuming job.
If you are a Producer and would like to promote your Productions on the Library promotional section of the Festival for each Production the Fee is £15 (your promotion runs until the end of December 2021).
If you plan a webinar for the Festival, you are welcome to submit information and an image. You can only apply for one. The price for the promotion is £15. You will have to submit your entry again, but you must complete only the webinar section the second time.
3. Pay your Submission Fee
Free Entry for free of charge viewing (please send your Production details via email. Don't use the form)
£50** for a one-month ticket charging fee beginning at the commencement of the event. Your film will be promoted.
£15** per DVD (Library Promotional Section)
£15** for Webinar
You can pay this online after you submit the form. If you cannot pay online, send us an email to explain the situation and pay by cash or bank transfer.
**Please note that to avoid sending refunds for failed entries, we will inform you if your entry was successful at the end of the submission deadline. If you are successful, we will notify you to pay your entry fee. Thank you.
What happens next?
We always looking for New Productions for our Cinema & Stage Platform. If we think that your work is appropriate for our audience, we will notify you by email.
We have in mind to organise a dedicated Event at some point where Awards will be given but not this year.
The entry fee is non-refundable.
You must submit your digital entry form by August the 1st, 2021, at the latest. We will not accept any late submissions.
